"spending the whole month loading and downloading concrete bags in the morning accompanied by little silvester and then usually in the afternoon mixing by hand with a shovel from eight to even eighteen bags a day trying to fill up all the floor of our garage and also at times taking it easy walking fast out in the fields with both kids at times sick and also installing a second hand trampoline for then transporting all the pieces and ultimately also bringing all the boxes with my aluminum tags still to print up in the attic feeling in the end quite fit and also nicely skinny"

"a physically exhausting month getting hundreds of bricks delivered at the beginning of our block and having to bring them all to the back of our garden taking several days to do so and also later starting to build our new garage there mixing all the bags of mortar with a shovel and fatiguing more and more the higher i had to lay the bricks only seldom going for walks and trying to walk fast when i do so"

"taking more walks with livia to school and then with silvester putting him often in the stroller going both east and west of the city going quite fast so as to train a bit but generally doing most effort plastering the outside walls of the garage and then carrying and mounting the roof plates before plastering also the inside working very hard especially with the gypsum plaster hardening very fast"

"a very physical month pushing the children up the mountains with the stroller and also taking quite challenging walks together like several times up to the ark and once up to the mount summano cheese farm and later after their mother arrived making up the novegno reaching the snow there and later evening beginning to dig once again the foundation of my cathedral feeling most happy about having found a field in our property where to fit it but also getting the virus myrthe brought from the netheralnds and getting most weakened by especially cutting trees around the field also later with the virus affecting the children but nonetheless all together in the end taking an intense walk all the way to the top of summano with the children recovering their energies and also myself"

"still getting some days to work in the mountains undertaking the strenuous task to cut with the trimmer the small trees growing below the ark valley and then getting hit by the corona virus myrthe brought with her from the netherlands but despite the fever cutting some trees with nero over the stone walls of our fields and back in the netherlands feeling rather crippled by the road tree in our small car but nonetheless beginning to dismantle the old sheds in the garden and also playing some football with the children in livia school and lastly hurting my back quite bad pulling down a roof and in the same day bringing myrthe to the gym to get fit after she got burn out at work and slowly recovering doing stretching and particularly tai-chi and even finding the energy to dig a trench in the garden where to put the cables to bring the solar panels power from our garage to our house"

"a period trying to be careful about my back covering up all trench i made in the garden with the solar panels cable and then hosting my oldest son august and with him taking extensive walks with one by the european space agency running up and down the nearby dunes later with the weather getting worst and with no cars trying to bike to a nearby forest but carrying the children and with the wind against us making my back much worst managing however soon after to store the solar panels we got in the barn later also mounting them on the roof with the help of myrthe and with her been busy meeting up colleagues to discuss about her burn out biking with the kids down the river and with the kids by me also bringing three cubic meters of wood chips in the garden using only a wheelbarrow to transport them walking fast from the beginning of our block where they were dumped later on with also livia having a small holiday having her and silvester learning how to bike and doing quite some running to keep behind them"

"after feeling much better with my back doing much stretching and tai-chi resuming a bit of the hard work in the backyard paving behind the garage with cement tiles and beginning to mix by hand the concrete to make a bit of a sidewalk in the entrance later taking a nice walk up and down the hills of a park near rotterdam and generally having to often run after the kids biking to school and later bringing them to camp with her mother on the northern coast of france making quite some hiking up and down the cliffs and finally making it to the mountains in italy working quite hard there building a shed with leftover metal in the former vegetable garden"

"a lot of incredible efforts to catch up with my idea of making a whole art itinerary all the way to the ark lifting the heavy plates i will use to make kaczynski's cabin and opening up the field where to put the replica of the titanic lifeboat as well as opening up a side of the valley below the museum where to place the cabin but also managing to make a shed out of all the leftover old metal i had so that i can use to store materials in front of our barn and also in between taking walks with myrthe and the children up the mountain to go to chris and alessia or just up to the cube often carrying heavy bags with equipment and the tags i want to attach there"

"a period with a lot of physical work in the mountains arranging all the nets i have used to try making a ferrocement boat to represent the anarcarkist movement and then also working hard cleaning up the valley below the cube and digging the ground next to our barn so as to make a parking spot there but also taking a quite challenging walk with the children to the vaccaresse observatory and back in the netherlands only pouring once some concrete in the entrance of the garage and then mostly doing a lot of reading and writing biking to pick livia up to school or to bring her and her brother to the lake in the more summer days but also reviving my racing bike and with it taking one small round"

"with sunny warm days coming up almost making it a ritual to bike to the nearby lake with the children and then slowly there getting accustomed to the icy cold water venturing also later swiming in an even colder lake in limburg where we camped and back in our village biking several more times to the beusichem lake with the water getting a bit warmer crossing it entirely as i used to do in my years in sweden but also going for a long bike ride with my naighbour bobby and once carrying and mixing several bags of concrete to finish off the entrance to the garage i built"

"with some summer sun dedicating myself progressively to swimming biking with the children to the lake and despite the cold water making it firs to the diving board in the middle of the lake but then also around the playground island and even fully across it venturing there with renate's polish swedish boyfriend simon and with august later making it to sardinia swimming already on the first day in a beach north of oristano and then again north of alghero even running and in davide's village but also with august in costa paradiso making quite an adventure walking and climbing the cliffs from there back to isola rossa under an intense sun and through the bushes"

"a very intense summer month traveling quite much with my oldest son at first still in sardinia doing some kayaking with davide and then snorkling in a beautiful and secluded bay observing the amazing underwater life and then back in holland doing some fast biking after having forgotten my phone back home with august alone with the children at the train station and then traveling with him and silvester down through germany walking up to the castle above florian's house in the black forest and also doing some swimming in the strong stream of the rhine river and some walking up the hills in switzerland just south of zurich before doing work in our mountain village trimming the overgrown and hard to cut grass and working with the chainsaw making small pieces of the trees i fell in the winter and then walking up the enna mountain with silvester making it entirely alone and also welding the fence in our new parking space by our barn and finally driving with silvester to the garda lake and there doing a lot of walking from the parking lot where we left our van all along the coast doing taking several swims together"

"doing a lot of work in the mountains cutting grass and filling up a parking i made for our trailer with the neighbours' debris also carrying bricks and heavy metal panels to the ark to build the floor there and beside constructing also taking some walks with myrthe and the children going up to the museum or up mount enna taking the steep shortcuts there"

"walking even several times up the valley of the ark to attach more tags there and also taking many walks with my family like up the novegno mount but also behind the baffelan mount running with my children to hide from their mother and grandfather later also taking an walk with my old friends francesco and sandra up the pasubio mount with little livia age five managing to make it entirely alone and back in our village cutting up and loading on the tractor the trees growing on the road side i cut for nero who never came to picked them up"

"taking challenging walk with my wife and kids making it even all around the baffelan mountain and with my time in italy running out going up as much as possible to the ark at times even going quite fast and when left alone with my children reducing my pace later packing all the boxes of grocery we bought for the netherlands in our trailer and back in the netherlands downloading them and spending some active days with my old friend davide coming for a visit rowing quite far on a canoe in the biesbosch and biking up to the forest on the other side of the river and also with both children now at school trying gradually to make small runs and later during a nice weekend camping with them and their mother also doing an energizing walk in rheden going up the beautiful small hills there carrying silvester in my shoulders at times despite my neck pain"

"really making use of the last glimpse of summer going as much as possible to swim with the children to the lake and even a surf board to use it as a kayak and bring them out in the deep part of the lake and together with it also having to bike to and from the lake later with the weather getting colder getting slightly more laid back and seating much to write with the children at school but whenever possible taking them fro long hikes in the nature and often having to carry one or the other in my back doing some training on the soft hills of the rheden national park or on the dunes just outside haarlem also being invited at a birthday party out in a camping and sawing wood for the fire"

"a bit of a lame period mostly because of the weather and my new writing routine still biking the children at times to school or to their friends or to do sports and taking many hikes on the hills while in maastricht taking care of the dog of my partner's older brother and back in our village picking up the habit of doing speed walking everyday to the arboretum where i also do my tai-chi and doing some more anaerobic exercise building closets both for the house and a more sturdy one for my garage using all the wood i dismantled from my previous garden sheds generally trying to also get the children to keep moving and with them and their mother taking also a long walk through utrecht despite the terrible weather"

"doing very light work in the netherlands and getting a bit frustrated also of the weather hindering me even to walk and with some decent weather taking the children to some forested hills on the other side of the river but also helping one of their classmates' father to move some old tiles to make a path in his vegetable garden and later also getting a stand for my circular saw and transporting it on home on my back only once managing to take a long walk alone north of arnhem and then at last packing to travel to italy and there finding a very strange hot weather taking walks with children feeling quite sick getting myself sick in the end but despite that starting the heavy work of clearing up the valley below my ark"

"in the mountains taking some challenging walks with the myrthe and the children carrying at times livia feeling not so well and later silvester in my back also playing football with my best friend's kids in my native mountains and later loading our trailer with wood for holland and back there taking long and fast walks in the frozen landscape but also loading and uploading the van with all the wood and panels i used to expand livia's room"

"in the netherlands taking a bit of challenging walks with the children on the dunes and also letting them bike on the forest tracks running after them and keeping very active before beginning to work for a baker friend loading many racks in an out of his van keeping regularly up with that work while also managing some renovation at home also mounting a new be in livia's room and biking her and her brother to judo but also to their friends even buying a lot o metal bars to start fabricating the inner part of the ark and beside that with the nice weather also finding the time to plow a bit of land for our vegetable garden"

"a quite intense month now working two full mornings a week at the bakery lifting man y racks full of bread for the whole community and also biking to the bakery inhaling the fresh air with no single human around the sleeping town but also doing quite some improvement in the garden so as to free the garage and make it more into a laboratory where to produce the inner side of the ark going to the damp with useless things and using the wood i could still use to build a shed for the garden tools and veranda for the grapevine also biking much with the children taking them for walks down the dike and biking livia to swim classes and carrying two second hand tables inside the garage so as to prepare the working bench where i will weld the inner part of the ark but also helping the father of one of silvester's classmates to plow his allotment with a little machine"

"working very intensively loading and downloading crates filled with bread for my friend sam but also biking fast in the night to his bakery at times feeling rather week but mostly feeling quite energized having also the strength to bike the children to the theater with their classmates and to swim classes and for walks such as up and down the little hills on the other side of the river east of rhenen enjoying the sunny weather but even later as it got cold again going down to limburg and in our walk running with livia hand in hand ultimately picking up the big challenge of moving all my iron tubes from the garage and bring them to sam to cut them all on time to go to italy and resume the work on my ark"

"working very intensively for my baker friends loading and downloading hundreds of crates before traveling to italy and there taking a nice little hike in the beautiful sella valley below my native mountains and in our village walking several times up to the ark with both my children and myrthe's older brother but at the cube mostly keeping still attaching the tags within at times also doing other works such as cutting wood and grass but not really doing anything to physical while back in the netherlands getting almost immediately into plowing the hard earth to start a little vegetable garden and also getting back working for my baker friend again loading and downloading dozens of crates filled with bread"

"doing some work in the vegetable garden across the railroad plowing prior to planting a few veggies and then mostly doing quite some effort loading and downloading hundreds of crates filled with bread in my twice a week deliveries but also getting some training biking to the bakery and home and while visiting the german city of wuppertal climbing up and down the hills there later also getting a bit of training biking livia to swim classes with silvester following along and then also reaching by bike the lake to meet up other italians living in our village and beside our slow cargo bike also getting quite an heartbeat hammering the structure i have built to make a roof on top of the door to our garden"

"with the summer holidays approaching furthering with my preparation for the work i plan in the mountains loading metal in the trailer to cut it outside the bakery and then also helping a friend carrying with the wheelbarrow alone concrete to the back of his garden where he is building a an extension while regularly making it to the bakery to load and download a massive amount of crates filled with bread and in between also with some summer weather coming at last taking the children daily for a swim biking them to the old mine"

"a last intense period in the netherlands also at work doing extensive physical work getting the many loafs out of the oven and helping sam rearrange the bakery moving boxes over the fridges and beside that biking with the children and taking them to swim at the old mine before finally making it to italy cutting grass and beginning the work with the ark installing the staircases and putting up the time capsule within it but also taking a small break at the sea swimming with the kids and having much fun with them pushing them up in the air to dive and back in the mountains with them and their mother taking many hikes this time also trying to stay in the neighborhood often departing from our contrada and learning new roads down and up the valleys making getting the family back in shape"

"taking some challenging walks with my family at first going from our mountain village all the ways across the valleys to visit our argentinian friends in their village and then also making the after of mowing the grass around the ark pushing my neighbour's mower up and down and around finally preparing with myrthe and the children but also august to walk up mount pasubio taking little silvester there for the first time and making him possibly the youngest climber who have ventured there later also picking up the hay around the ark and taking a more subtle walk with also florian's family down the orco valley and then up again in the cute villages before going with also francesco's family to walk the castelloni labyrinth in my native highland reaching quite an heartbeat carrying livia after her foot started to hurt and taking a day off with the help of big august to keep on plastering the outer walls of our barn as well as oiling the ark lastly on our way back to holland stopping at florian in southern germany and doing with two of his daughters and my children the challenging climb of the blauen mountain again doing quite an effort carrying at times my children on my shoulders also taking very steep shortcuts"

"in the netherlands with a good sunny weather biking many times alone and with the kids to the swim across it and also paddle but with the bad weather being confined more to the routine also resuming work at the bakery doing much loading and downloading but also quite some sitting in the van to deliver the bread trying to break with the sitting taking long walks also with the children getting some heartbeat going p and down the dunes of the deserts with cross particularly on a hike from amersfoort to soest"

"getting very good at work loading and downloading crates of bread in record times and beside that exercise also biking fast to work in the middle of the night and biking the children around to their friends but also taking them for walks at times on the dunes getting my heartbeat to run crossing them also taking the children to bike in the hilly forest on the other side of the river and getting quite a training pushing them up the hills with their little bikes"
