"a month started at my parents after coming back from kenya and trying to spend some time with my old grandfather using some of his utensils especially while eating together and then making it back to sweden spending a lot of time at the interactive institute in stockholm building my wearable prototype but also helping another artist to build hers and regularly in the weekend going at my girlfriend's farm to renovate it but also helping her father to fetch wood in the forest using his heavy chainsaws"

"a month started out learning how to farm and seriously preparing a large field to cultivate my vegetables removing all the grass by hand and also planting in advance the seeds and during the week working in stockholm at my wearable prototype before going to italy to a conference to present my work and returning to sweden once again keeping up the renovation of my girlfriend's family house in her parents farm and with them also going for an holiday in sicily talking using not so many objects while traveling other than the utensils used in restaurants and the key of our rented car and later making back to my mother in vicenza before driving with liselott all the way back to uppsala"

"a month working very hard farming the land in liselott's family farm but also following her instructions to finish renovating the kitchen in the old house there and scratching the floor from all the gasoline and oil spots left by her father's motorcycles before beginning to mix our own colours to paint and during the week working still very hard on the electronics of my wearable prototype spending the middle of the week on the west coast of sweden attending the last month of my master program editing my thesis and living at the school making it to the swimming pool to train but also to wash myself"

"a month started in gothenburg graduating there from my master program and spending a couple of days living in the school before going back to stockholm and enjoying a sunny period often swimming out door with now liselott wanting to have a kid from me and spending quite some time together also renovating her country house using heavy machines to get all her father's motorcycle oil out of the old wooden floor and painting the walls mixing our own colours as well as doing some farming feeling depressed with some bad gray weather setting in and trying to run especially to the nearby island of lidingo to recover my energy also at last celebrating a nice midsummer at liselott's family farm this time inviting a lot of my university friends like brian from the states and blanca from mexico playing all the traditional games"

"a month working hard on my girlfriend's farm in the near of uppsala both looking after the cows bringing them over to the farm to drink in the evening and also taking care of my vegetable garden watering it regularly renovating the potato basement under the barn awaiting the potato harvest and going occasionally to the forest to pick blueberries especially for my birthday cake eating at times at my girlfriend's parents but several times baking my own bread and cooking our own food"

"month started out at my girlfriend's farm cutting wood for her father with quite a dangerous sewing machine and lasting several days filling up the deposit and taking care of the apple trees giving some of the fallen apples to the cows while picking several kilos to make juice as well as making my own jam picking lingonberries in the forest keeping them raw and only mixing them with sugar to then travel to gothenburg where i began teaching art at the university there and renting a room from my african swiss friend lalya gaye and mostly teaching a nice crowd of international students and then commuting back to the east coast and getting back on the farm project starting to renovate the old windows before traveling once again back to the west coast and from there reaching my great friend davide in oslo with his canadian girlfriend kristy trinier spending our time at the house of a crazy norwegian painter going half naked around the house filled with young kitties and an old guy painting with his penis on a canvas"

"back from norway now still traveling from west to east sweden several times stopping in our uppsala farm for more harvesting of both vegetables in my garden as well as apples and mushrooms also trying to dry the latter and labeling every morning my pictures with a pocket pc with a program designed by liselott and traveling almost weekly over one thousand kilometers by train to hold workshops in gothenburg with some amazing international students sleeping still at lalya and doing mostly cooking there but also going often to swim still not using so many objects especially when commuting"

"a month commuting a lot by train from the east to the west coast of sweden teaching in gothenburg but also finding the time to swim and doing quite some computer work back in stockholm starting to also prepare some animations with my right hand photos and only once going to our farm in uppsala going to italy for the holidays instead and staying at my mother both in vicenza and on my native highland before returning to sweden with my girlfriend quite pregnant taking a trip with her to the swedish mountains sleeping and eating in our new van"

"with my girlfriend liselott highly pregnant at first living in our van in the swedish mountains and experiencing some heavy snowfalls getting us stuck with meters of snow surrounding us but eventually being dragged out by a local swed with the help of a somi and mostly using limited amount of objects inside the van before returning to our farm in uppsala preparing for an exhibition manually making animations of the objects i used according to the frequency and having to count the number of frames with a manual device but also beginning to cut by hand all the photos of the right hand i took in the past year and also commuting to gothenburg once to teach and back on the east coast living both in the farm as well as in our stockholm apartment and in the farm doing mostly work in the forest cutting and sawing wood mostly by hand avoiding chainsaws"

"living now with my parents-in-law in the uppsala farm having had rented our stockholm apartment waiting for august to be born and working hard on my upcoming performance in the corridor of the stockholm art and design academy konstfack cutting the pictures of my right hand i later began placing on the corridor floor and also building a large rotating clock connected to a screen showing all the photos of the objects used by the right hand according to their frequency of use and still making it to the swimming pool to train as also commuting to gothenburg to teach before liselott and i got in a fight with her father as he decide to cut down the family forest after his mother died and as a protest living in the van behind the academy where i started my performance in the middle of the winter with much snow and also gypsies trying to steal the van"

"still living in the van with my swedish girlfriend highly pregnant and striking such a miserable picture that we even got free bananas at a gas station and using not so many tools to cook and mostly washing ourselves in public swimming pool in the immigrant neighborhoods in the south of stockholm also proceeding with my performance laying the many thousands small photos of my right hand on the floor of the art academy mostly seating on the ground and not using so many objects but in the end vacuum cleaning the whole installation after photographing it and finally reconciling with our parents-in-law despite my girlfriend being still quite upset with her mother and going out in the forest with my father-in-law to pick dead trees with much snow finally also getting liselott ready to go to the hospital and there witnessing the birth of a marvelous son we named august and using some objects such as cutting his umbilical cord and filing his long nails spending the night in the hospital before going back to the farm witnessing a sudden spring and the melting of the snow and resuming then my renovation of our summer house replacing the rot wood under the window of august future room and trying to do things in a traditional manner using moss and mud to isolate with my brother-in-law making much fun of me"

"a peaceful month with the birth of august now having some weeks off and taking advantage of the nice spring to keep up with the renovation of our cottage in liselott's farm focusing still on august's future room but also demolishing the old veranda and building a table where to wash the dishes outside finally also occasionally commuting to gothenburg to lecture and then quickly returning to uppsala via enkoping taking a slow train and not using many objects during the commuting period however spending quite some time in the morning writing down my dreams on paper and also labeling one by one all my pictures and towards the end celebrating with liselott's family several birthdays and then setting up a bonfire generally also starting to use several objects with little august such as giving him the pacifier"

"a month to begin with spent at my zia fancesca in bassano using not many tools with her and my cousin vanessa taking care of us and also doing small excursions traveling to bologna and to padua to meet my aunts taking good care of august feeding him daily and beginning to take care of him far more than his mother at last returning to sweden and driving my international students to the swedish alps in the middle of a snow storm for a landart workshop i organized for them doing quite some cooking for the whole of us but also some exploration of the landscape outside our cabin particularly searching for a mexican student who got lost and then back in stockholm spending quite some time with little august again feeding him and changing him and playing together more and more but also spending a bit of time in our farm in the countryside mostly attending dinners with my swedish relatives and back in stockholm trying to figure ways out to frame my prints in the art academy glass workshop"

"a month of quite some bad weather spent now fully living between our uppsala apartment and the countryside there doing small tasks such as fixing the rust around our car and being quite consistent in hand cutting wood from my father-in-law's forest also later spending quite some time preparing for an exhibition in stockholm facilitated by my swedish polish friend mikael goralski"

"a month spent most entirely in uppsala with quite some depressing weather there and still some back issues now almost no longer going to swim and train and as i used to in stockholm but in the countryside doing quite some wood cutting with my bow saw and some cultivating and going quite much in the forest to pick lingon berries and mushrooms and roast wursts with little august despite the rain also keeping up to work on the various works for my exhibition in stockholm such as a traditional swedish wooden horse with electronics inside to play the songs i daily record and managing some home improvements also in the apartment especially where we are storing wood"

"getting quite in a routine with our new uppsala life me having to commute hours to reach the art and design academy in the south of stockholm where i held a course and august going to his not so nice kindergarten trying to spend time with him after picking him up from school mostly moving by bike and playing much robots with him now that for the first time he has his own room and only occasionally going to the countryside to harvest my veggies after fighting with my girlfriend's father as he did not agree of me building a wall with my photos on the hill in the middle of his giant forest he later cut to the ground"

"a period pretty much caving in my uppsala life despite having an exhibition in stockholm and spending some days mounting it but also building a prototype of an inflatable chair reacting to energy consumption for an american designer who really believed in me but still getting more and more caved in our new life disconnected from the capitol with the snow making it even harder to commute to my life there still finding some poetry taking my son in the woods just behind his kindergarten to grill our wursts and enjoy some nature not really connecting any more to his grandfather's countryside place after our fight"

"quite a hard and dark month in uppsala with very little going to the countryside still suffering some back pain and nonetheless trying to resume training in the gym as well as in the swimming pool keeping mostly in the city only occasionally commuting to stockholm to teach and other than that in the end traveling with the family to the sunny south staying first in rome and then in the beautiful perugia keeping in a rented apartment and thus being quite able to use tools there to for example cook our meals and beside that using quite much my video camera to film the ancient public places there"

"a month started in the umbrian sun exploring the many medieval villages there and feeling deeply in love with the mountains and most sad of having to return to sweden nonetheless also managing to do some cooking in our perugia apartment and keep up with the use of objects fully resuming our daily life in our uppsala apartment but getting there much affected from the lack of sleep with all the noise from the above neighbours getting quite depressed yet trying to keep outdoor with my son lighting fire behind his shitty primary school and also at home lighting fire in the old ceramic stove only seldom going to my parents-in-law having still not healed from the fight with my father-in-law and otherwise commuting a lot with the bike despite the snow and going often in the end to stockholm to teach at the design academy using some of the tools to demonstrate some electronics and in general going seldom to swim once again feeling also quite bad with my back also due to the very cold temperature"

"a very cold month with much commuting to do from uppsala to stockholm teaching electronics at the art academy there and feel most depressed due to the lack of sleep yet using quite some objects also at home doing a lot of cooking and baking bread also with august after school lighting fire in the snow and grilling our usual sausages while at work mostly getting food from the academy buffet always however having to deal with snow but either way always using the bike to go to the station and never now making to the countryside feeling most against my father-in-law there so much a subordinate of the swedish lame society"

"another tough month with a lot of snow doing much cooking and small tasks in our old and noisy uppsala apartment in sweden making it still around by bike particularly to reach the train station and commute to the capital to teach mostly electronics to my art and design students but also in the middle of the month making it to the countryside to start pruning the apple trees despite the cold temperature and beside that going a bit to swim despite my back and my sleepless nights made worst by the frequent commuting and the winter not willing to let go but feeling a bit better getting visited by my russian friend pyotr and his austrian buddy and with them spending a few days hiking in the city natural reserve still with quite some snow and objects related to forest survival as i always liked such as knives and matches to get the fire going"

"finally feeling better with the arrival of the spring still working very intensively facilitating my students with their crazy interactive installations doing a lot of micro-processing and welding of small electronic components but also toy hacking and then also spending some days in the countryside pruning more trees this time with a much nicer and solar weather culminating at last with a family trip to florida following liselott even on a disney cruise where her gaming related conference took place and here getting quite into training but then almost immediatelly injuring my back once again getting quite stuck in our cabin"

"a month started in florida upon returning from the trip with the cruise in the caribbeans staying some extra days in orlando florinda lodging in a cheap motel and just enjoying our time there with little august upon returning to sweden and finding a much more decent weather in our uppsala apartment this time even spending the evenings in the courtyard and grilling there but also resuming my farmer work in the countryside yet suddenly getting the news about liselott being accepted to undertake her postdoc in china and sort of changing our mindset now in relation to having to live abroad investing less in the coutry especially with the fight between me and my father-in-law still very much vivid"

"still not really committing anymore to my life in sweden despite the coming of the summer with all our expectations now sat now in view of our new life in china and even spending quite some days in italy going with my old friends davide and jason to the venice biennial and later also spending some time in the bourgeois fortress of my mother before spending some more time in milan with davide and then returning to uppsala there only keeping in the countryside for the midsummer celebrations and other than that staying in our uppsala apartment cooking and living a normal life yet still in preparation of our departure"

"spending for the first time very little days in the countryside dropping all together my projects and ambitions there only wanting to escape from the ungrateful swedish society and mostly staying in our old swedish apartment doing rather domestic works and when possible making it to the forest at last getting on a train to go for a more serious hike at the boarder with norway constantly hiking there despite the bad weather but getting to see quite some untouched landscapes later also spending some time in italy with my chinese boss and his family showing them around both in vicenza but also up to my native highaland and back in sweden going often to stockholm to prepare for our time in shanghai listening to all the proposal made by our chinese boss to set up a company there but feeling most cautious about it"

"spending a last period in sweden getting ready to my wedding there and hosting both my twin sister and half sister touring with them a bit around before also celebrating the same wedding in my native highland and after doing a short holiday there getting back to sweden and preparing to live for china reviving however some of our odl traditions such as picking mushrooms and generally staying outdoor with my son giving him quite some sushi so as to teach himhow to use chopsticks"

"after a last week in uppsala moving for good to shanghai keeping with the family in the very south of the city in a hotel searching very much around for an apartment there and walking a lot in the nice and crowded french concession with my son along or on my shoulders at last also finding an international school for him and generally using not too many objects and more my video-camera to record public spaces there and not so much anymore tools i used in sweden such as those in the countryside but also my dictaphone unable to record my thoughts in the crowd"

"slowly getting started with our new life in shanghai making use of our apartment in the middle of the french connection just among chinese students and no expats only for some time having to make it back to sweden to install my show at the uppsala art museum helping in the construction especially of my right hand photos project with as much as some staircases leading to it in the end returning to shanghai and there also beginning to do some sport at an hotel near the american embassy but disliking the swimming pool water there opting to do more tai-chi and boxing using some related tools and awaiting for my chinese boss kept in sweden by his burned out daughter beginning to conceive the idea of a whole cathedral-like building spending my days designing it after many years i kept it in my head and then in the afternoons mostly keeping with august and trying to reach the park avoiding the awful traffic"

"still in shanghai beginning to work on some electronics for a swedish ceramist and other than that spending my life mostly taking care of my son and of my project soon having to travel back to sweden to attend the opening of my show in uppsala with the presentation of the catalogue at the italian institute of culture spending some time with my american curator friend jason there and even renting a car to take me to the show but in the end on my way back to china getting stuck in helsinki due to a big pilot strike and spending my time in island there with other swedish based artists who had a small conference there finally returning to shanghai and there finding my swedish wife most upset because of an article a journalist worte about my too sexual dreams and having now to hide when updating my project and even use a special phone to type my dreams while in the bathroom or in the metro anyway hiding from my wife"

"with my wife still furious at me wanting for my life project to stop and possibly being very much in a cultural shock feeling rather alienated by chinese society still keeping up with my project actually feeling rather in harmony with china despite really hating the pollution and the lack of green spaces around our neighborhood nonetheless trying to spend time with my son bringing him around the metropolis especially after school and discovering new places like the urumqi neighborhood getting some arab decorated bread there and bubble tea trying out many things for the first time also at the cheap restaurants there but nonetheless also cooking myself and in the end beginning to teach a nice class of very talented chinese design students building interactive works with them but later going for a holiday with the family to malaysia and soon leaving the quite ugly city of kuala lumpur finding an idyllic spot in the small island of pangkor spending some nice days with the family there and even trying to explore alone the island but chased by wild dogs ending up on a damp surrounded by aggressive monkeys and also getting into quite some fights with the local youth driving their motorcycles way too close to my son"

"living the very nice pangkor island to end up in the most boring and plain cameron highlands in the middle of malysia and trying there to revive somewhat of a mountain experience but only walking in much mud never really reaching any mountain top with august and his mother at last wanting to keep in south east asia to enjoy a more natural life there but in the end returning to shanghai and find there a huge bill to be paid to the swedish tax authorities spending quite some time to figure ouf if the calculation was correct and in the meantime also beginning to work more for my chinese boss making with him demonstrations of a helmet he bought which i hacked to control utilities using the brain"

"still cold in shangahi spending this month in our apartment trying to heat the various rooms individually and taking care of my son bringing him to school and spending weekends doing small excursions also with my wife despite her hater for my project also keeping up going to the gym to do boxing and doing some electronics for my chinese boss but not so much with him making it back to sweden and at last putting his daughter in a psychiatric hospital after he tried to have her going to school in shanghai thus keeping me without a job and still a big bill to pay to the swedish tax authorities"

"starting to work a bit more at a studio my boss got in the near of tongji university on the other side of the city but then with him returning to sweden and with some nice weather at last setting in trying to escape the gloomy routine taking my son out to enjoy the performative nature of chinese parks with all its magical musics and people training their talents and expressing it so fluidly in the public keeping up the routing of doing grocery at the small chinese shops in our neighborhood and keeping up with training and taking some private chinese lessons in the evening meeting wonderful people"

"in shanghai to begin with experimenting more and more with my project now also painting people after photographing them and soon making it to hong kong with the family to renew our chinese visa but nonetheless committing myself to help my girlfriend conducting ethnographic research in asian parks and taking many photos and interviews for the purpose in the hong kong parks also conducting on top of it my own project still very much hiding it from her and also taking august around even to nearby islands were we almost swam in a bay with sharks and back in shanghai keeping up my acquaintance with the parks there and its wonderful people especially a group doing yoyo and another performing karaoke getting invited by them to lunches and even to church"

"still spending some time with my chinese old friends especially in fuxin park and then leaving shanghai for good spending a wonderful time with august in tokyo being very playful and checking out the very different and less rigorous but also more wasted japanese city culture going to a lot of shops just to play with things and making it to parks soon however returning to sweden and there keeping in the countryside deciding this time to finish liselott's postdoc in boston and just spending our time in sweden preparing eventually to move there still not really doing any of the countryside work i was so committed to in the past"

"spending this time in the swedish countryside only growing some salad and mostly helping my father-in-law painting his big mansion at first washing the old yellow color and then slowly getting ready to paint over it also painting a small table of liselott and getting my old bike ready to sell it to an american beside that working very much on my project despite still my wife being most furious about it"

"living the life i so much loved in sweden sleeping in the old barn i renovated without an actual toilette and baking my own bread yet still keeping up with the painting of my father-in-law's mansion also taking small excursions with august and towards the end going to israel to volunteer with my polish friend jacek in the old city of jerusalem and there teaching young palestinian how to use cameras and video equipment using myself quite a lot especially on the road even making it in the west bank going in front of a protest there against the jewish police"

"back from israel resuming the colorful life in our swedish countryside house still having to attend to our hygiene in a traditional manner and still trying to live off my own food in the end also getting much ready to depart once more with the whole family this time for a new life in the united states and using very few objects traveling there also considering the jet lag to begin with being host by an old indian friend chandana and then getting our own apartment for a month in brookline really enjoying our life there especially with august walking very extensively around the city and even catching the commuter across it to go to the beach to the north of boston generally cooking our own meals and certainly not going out to est as in our previous year in cheap china"

"beside a first week spent at my old friend's brian place in brooklyn exploring new york city quite thoroughly with a most indefatigable little august even making it on foot all the way to central park and back keeping very much outdoor and using not so many object than the camera and some cooking utensils in brian's and his girlfriend's house with the filtered water carafe we also got in boston and a blue water bottle found in front of the brooklyn public library later however returning to boston and moving in the trashy neighborhood of east cambridge renting there the attic of a portorican family and getting in quite a routine with august also starting in the nearby public school and myself at home reading a lot and updating and expanding my project especially while liselott sat off to work and i could update in peace without all her anger and jealousy towards my project hiding the backup in a little square piece of wood hanging over the desk i carried in from the street along with other furniture meant to be thrown and toys for little big august"

"training daily running around the baseball field in front of august's school after bringing him there and also being very disciplined with my own project drawing and painting and writing beside all the cooking and household keeping with some minor maintenance work in our rented flat and also quite some interactions with august playing a lot with him and exploring a lot the surroundings some time also with his mother along at some point also renting a car with the whole family over the canadian boarder to montreal to meet first my old friend davide and then for the first time in twenty five years my father and trying not to be too obstrusive while with him taking not so many pictures nor videos while walking the neighborhood where we used to live together when i was little at last returning to boston and resuming life there in the end preparing for halloween and having a good time with august often exploring the city and crossing the charles river to the richer and more european like parts of town"

"a month fully integrated in our american life in the poor but happy east part of cambridge still taking care of both august and the house hold and all the grocery and cooking with liselott fully absorbed in her slow scientific paper writing but soon also getting approached by her mit university boss to collaborate with him after i already started a small collaboration with a polish artist professor at harvard and spending mostly my evenings to work on their projects while mostly focusing much on my own artistic practice during the day beside also from keeping august home form school to explore new natural parks especially in the north of the city going also there with my greek old friend panagiotis and my american friend brian with his rich girlfriend having a family mansion"

"working more for mit university now and also enjoying an unusually sunny and quite warm winter in boston making it even to the beach with my family keeping up my project quite well and approaching the chirstmas holiday now with also my wife at home from work unwilling to go visit once more my father in montreal anyway distancing myself from him after he manifested his racial hatred in the end also getting some snow and spending several days outside with the whole family and later with august alone to enjoy it and play with it"

"surrounded by the snow spending much time in our boston flat also very much enjoying keeping with august taking him to the arnold arboretum for some memorable rides down the hills with the sled and feeling very much at home with really only my family and my project to take care of"

"still a month dedicated to the family and my project in our east cambridge apartment beginning however to get more work to do for the mit university doing small workshops and examining some television series for a study but nonetheless managing a few walks with august and some nice time outdoor also interacting quite much with toys especially those found regularly on the streets waiting for the truck to dispose of them"

"a month being quite much more on the move than before mostly working with other colleagues at mit university designing mobile phone applications and this time finding a bike to move faster from the university to home and then to pick august up working slightly less on my project but on the other moving much more around especially after being commisioned a documentary about american italians and filming much more"

"camping in maine with the family but also with jacek at the beginning of the month to later return to our life in east cambridge with also an italian girl now helping us out with august thus making our home quite crowded for a month still also being quite engaged in the making of the documentary about rather famous american italians in the boston area starting to lead more and more the project in the end also getting the chance to work at harvard again this time printing my trash collages onto ceramic tiles and following the entire project with the help of a very good ceramic artist"

"with my family now leaving for sweden being left alone in cambridge with my old friend alessandro and quitting my job to go with him first up north to visit my father for the last time in montreal and then going around the beautiful ontario lake stopping in toronto and the across the very decadent upper state new york lastly returning to cambridge and soon flying also back to sweden and there directing myself immediately to the countryside to reunite with my son and revive a bit of the swedish life like pruning the old apple trees"

"a month started at my parents' place in my native highland going around with my son and his mother but also having to follow my stepfather cross-country skiing in the higher parts of the highland later returning in a most depressive stockholm still with quite a cold weather and much gloominess nonetheless making the most out of it training in the snow and writing many applications keeping my hopes up for norway and either way taking care of our apartment doing most of the cooking and taking care of little big august also now having our own car liselott bought used"

"spending most of this month in our aspudden apartment now beginning to use more and more a smartphone i got from liselott and only using that to check the internet given that we have no internet in our apartment and i began to need it more and more for my applications often also going to the local library to work and either way keeping up my good habits running almost everyday and also hanging out at times with jacek and his friends even doing some grilling out in the snow and with jacek and my colombian student ivan also organizing a toy hacking workshop for august kindergarten later driving our car to the countryside to enjoy more snow there going ice skating on the frozen lake and otherwise just styaing in the big mansion always looking very much after my project"

"beginning to prune the many old apple trees in the swedish countryside and then back in stockholm finding on the ground a metro card celebrating the wedding of the princess now being able to travel for free and reach my friend jacek in the middle of town later also going with august to berlin following his mother for a conference there exploring the city alone after they both got food poisoned in an indian restaurant and back in stockholm beginning to use more and more the smartphone i got from liselott also to annotate the various instances of my project in the end returning to the countryside and dedicating myself there to prune more apple trees"

"with the slow coming of the spring spending this month awaiting to know if i get any position as a doctorate either in norway or sweden or finland and meantime doing some teaching in the stokholm art academy and making it off and on to the countryside to keep up with the pruning of the apple trees there also beginning to wonder with liselott where to buy our new apartment in the city roaming around different neighborhoods mostlly in the deep south"

"spending a week with my parents in their vicenza house hanging out with the new born anna and following up to my mother's rigid house rules before returning briefly to sweden and then travling with the boat across the baltic to get interviewed for a doctorate position at the helsinki art academy and back in sweden making it to the countryside again keeping up some work there but also enjoying the spring with my son"

"leaving our aspudden apartment for good and just moving to the countryside getting at last notified of my acceptance to a doctorate in stockholm now not really feeling anymore like engaging in my old farmer tasks and going for a small holiday to at first madrid to attend to my stepsister's graduation show and later making it with the family to malaga and then further to a village on the coast enjoying our time there and taking a fair amount of photos of objects despite not really cooking or doing the things i used only in fact once making it to a restaurant with liselott as usual not willing to spend any money in the end back in sweden starting to feel rather depressed of the situation being back to my slave-like giving a hand of paint to our old red house"

"now living in the old swedish house i renovated with such passion for years and only going for some days to uppsala to clean up our apartment there before selling it and in the countryside continuing pretty much to paint and fix the outer walls of our red house in the hope that my wife would let me use the attic to build a small museum with my project but not really getting any help from her in cleaning up all her stuff following a bit in despair and feeling an increase urge of wanting to present my life work some how and commit to building something for it"

"a last summer month traveling to begin with to kaliningrad in russia to conduct a workshop with jacek there hanging out with a lot of very nice teenagers and together roaming around the city at first and later spending time in the much more prettier and less war destroyed coast to later making it to italy spending some time in my native highland at my parents under the strict house rules of my mother and also making it to the garda lake with both august and his mom starting to feel extremelly nostalgic of the life down south and finding it wuit hard in the end to move to an aprtment chosen by my wife in a rich neighborhhod north of stockholm enjoying the nature there but not so much the rich people living in their villas and either way loosing no time to renovate august's room painting it green the joker evil character of batman also putting a new oak floor upsetting his mother really much for a minor mistake"

"officially starting my new office life in the sodertorn university south of the city really hating all the time spent seated there attending seminars and also commuting quite a bit to the other side of the city doing some minor work in our new apartment and also trying to cultivate a nearby land but then getting a really bad back from it only goign very seldom to the countryside feeling overall very depressed and in need to turn my project physical"

"working hard at the university having to read a lot of texts and attend a lot of lectures in the meantime also maintaining the only hope to be able to use a small part of our apartment to build a tiny showroom of my project even demolishing a wall to make our bedroom bigger for the purpose but in the end having my wife deciding to buy me out to find my own place getting a miserable amount of money to do so and searching what i could actually get to start building the showroom at last also trying to go on a cruise together with the whole family but in the end getting to walk all alone in the main cities around the baltic sea including saint petersburg"

"the last period spent united with my family although silence has fallen between me and my now ex wife thus a paralysis of activities in the apartment despite I have still kept up with my digital archiving and much walking outside but also the building of a bed out of a door frame and on one occasion an excursion out with my kid with lighting of fire and barbecuing, aside from that back and forth to the university with the many transportation but also a few days in another university the inland"

"in my newly bought apartment now shared with lamin setting up first a room for him with a double bed then improving a bit my own but mostly fixing up things without really spending much money and already paint up the room with the stuff i wish to produce otherwise being at the university despite not having any money to afford the metro ticket and having to walk long distances also to stay with my kid and do a little bit of renovation in her mother's apartment till i left for a small conference in copenhagen and explored a lot the city doing my archival projects to then seat for hours on at the boring conference feeling rather depressed but then going to italy driving quite much around the alps with jacek and then staying with my parents in my native mountains doing quite some cross-country ski with my stepfather and finally joining jacek in poland where is tarted editing a lot of the accumulated video material but also explored and ending up at the border with check republic with his friends playing games,drawing and cooking with them"

"in krakow almost half of the first month in jacek's family house feeling a bit frustrated of too much socializing and thus setting off doing grocery and cooking and washing my clothes but also making myself look nice but then turning hard into my project and production of my first drawing books spending much time at the print shop fixing up files with my own laptop and preparing models of along banner of faces for a possible exhibition prior moving back to stockholm where i also there do grocery and cooking for my kid and start commuting quite a lot using the blue card to access the public transport but also now using much my phone to annotate not only ideas but things i find interesting in the many texts i have to read which i try to compensate now getting back to my usual routine of also analogue producing my drawings and the painting i did not accomplish for long after traveling anyhow ending up doing quite many office routines like printing and stapling and organizing the mass of papers from the various mandatory courses"

"a period started with a rediscovering of the pleasure of solitude and quite an enforcement by going out like a hunter living in the extreme yet bright nature lighting fires and cooking but then much routing stuff and gray weather at the university and to my son's place where i often sleep over and we try to do things in the captivation of the small apartment such as building a shelf till at last i made up my mind about all these savings and spent them to restructure my apartment so that i can only live in my room and rent out the rest thus we went getting all the wood and bathroom and kitchen stuff to rebuild my room and a separation wall with doors but also not forgetting my showroom of my exhibition which i then start assembling doing much final work and breaking with the inertia of too much intellectualizing at the university"

"it took me sometime to get this photo panel accomplished due to the new computer i have bought and all the work i had to do to reconfigure my tools to the new system it operates but nonetheless it was not a too hard task and it somewhat characterizes my last few months in which i have invested a lot on new equipment particularly for the construction of my studio room making two independent living units out of my apartment and thus sharing for now my mantel with my african friend lamin and having him also to help me setting up the wall construction although he has been sawing directly on the wall and i had to latter sandpaper it and thus deciding to do things more by myself and with time also setting up the door frames with stucco and pausing my work to do actual work at the university and being with august to still enjoy the sunny winter and barbecue outside but finally going to a conference in berlin and using more buffet utensils and much my film camera to photograph new acquaintances and mostly film"

"a month of spring going much down with all my carpentering work and traveling for easter holiday to my family in italy there not doing much work but shop clothes with my mom and play much with my small nephew anna which i start really to like and then a weekend of love and total relaxation with my beloved myrthe being much taken care of by her sweet hands to then start teaching to more than sixty students at the university and there using whiteboard markers but also much my metro card to commute to my son with who i have also played particularly in the science museum followed by another week with my girlfriend in the netherlands relaxing and lastly in new england where one weekend was spent pruning trees and cleaning up my greek friend and his boyfriend land down a creek in vermont aside for heavy filming in my old city of cambridge"

"a day started in the states doing some domestic work at panagiotis apartment in cambridge like cooking and laundry but mostly being on the road and in fact being quite homey in jason's apartment in brooklin to then go back to sweden and doing much cleaning work in the house before myrthe's first visit to stockholm and really almost not photographing and doing barely nothing to photograph with her august around but just taking a sort of a sabbath and enjoying our love together to then teach a few classes with a lot of electronic stuff show to three groups of students and regaining my active mood with drawings but also much cleaning in liselott apartment before coming to visit myrthe again in utrecht and taking it super easy after a period of stress"

"a month of alternated intense work and relaxation going with myrthe to madrid and doing a lot of walking and filming and then being back in sweden doing almost no activity while attending the department's conference yet slowly and later being with august in my apartment and kicking lamin how to have a period together just with my kid while fixing the floors lamin has scratched and fixing the bed so that i can sleep there with both august and myrthe when she comes to visit in the future after which i spent some time with jacek also walking and playing some tennis to then later work really hard again on the apartment and finally went over to myrthe in utrecht mostly being in her room working on my laptop with jason who came to network here and waiting for the bad weather to stop"

"a month started in the netherlands where i have worked hard on my website making the entire archive available on the internet but also now got quite into cooking at myrthe's place and doing the dishes or having to spray deodorant or turning on a perfume candle when using the bathroom we share with her roommate but beside also traveling with myrthe doing quite a few biking excursions and picnics with filming with cameras and typing ideas on my phone and one day even feeding her little nephew as i used to do with august to then later attend a summer school in england and don't much then seating and listening but still trying to work on myWebsite and wake up really early to do some filming about my documentation methods while exploring the surrounding and using several utensils for the buffet at breakfast and in the evening to then go back shortly to utrecht and pickup august in sweden to go at the lignano seaside in north east italy where i started using heavily sun lotions and after sun and shampoos and had many keys to use to open both my place and my mother's place and cellar and still doing some filming and picnicing on the beach as myrthe also came over and the usual beach related activities with children toys and my little nephew anna with whom i dug holes together with august being however a bit afraid of the water for my camera and at last turning back home and resuming the work on my apartment with the dividing wall now that myrthe is soon to come over i might get a new roommate for some time to help jacek"

"a month passed working at first really hard at the apartment's wall and at last finally finishing the wall within the apartment and also investing quite a lot of the tax money i got back to fix some used bikes but not really succeeding in time for when myrthe came to visit me stopping there my carpenter work and leaving with her and august to italy where we mostly took walks in which i have been taking a lot of videos but also pictures with for my essays and from eating mostly outside with my parents but also cooking at home for francesco and his family playing also cards together and taking my parent's dog asia also out for a walk to then make it home in sweden and really trying to work hard on my art work and on my thesis scanning pages of annotation and also fixing the internet cable to my archive through the walls and at last going back to the netherlands and with myrthe staying at her brother's place in maastricht visiting the beautiful city taking a lot of videos and pictures"

"a month spent at home getting my head back into reading theoretical texts and recompiling them with pictures from my project so quite a lot of time spent initially in this operation but also a lot of biking after biking quite much with myrthe in the netherlands with related activities including trying to fix a bike for august and resolving to steal an half broken one in front of the station repainting and changing the wheels to then go out both biking but mostly walking due to a little inflammation on my right foot to our favorite beach to light fires and barbecuing till at last meeting my supervisor at the university and getting hard in writings while staying with myrthe in her utrecht attic and doing little home improvements in my studio room like adding extra shelves and fixing a place where to do my paintings which i have finally resumed to at last doing a lot of explorations with a lot of picture taking and other parts of my documentation during a long weekend in berlin with myrthe and alone"

"after quite some traveling particularly in berlin that got me very active documenting also to interpret my dreams and get good pictures for my writings i had a full period at home working a lot to redefine my project and particularly the website this after perceiving the discontent of my work from the university and also doing a lot of work now to restructure my studio to host more potential outcomes of my project particularly seeking more physical and artistic production then going with august to buy new construction material and getting back to some carpentering but also going to different places to buy a bit of old toys to make small sculptures of the figure i see in the clouds thus preparing for more production to come and also resuming the work out in the gym to keep my heart healthy after feeling some pain in my chest and at last again traveling with myrthe this time to italy walking with their in the city and on the hills mostly documenting a lot and in various manners"

"a beginning of the month quite much dedicated to my still little son august taking him to the netherlands to both go to an amusement park there and later at a myrthe's old grandmother's birthday and thus doing small activities but then returning to sweden and setting off seriously both restructuring both my website and of consequence also finding new motivation to work on the show-case in my studio thus beginning do make a big murals on a wall representing my interface and building a little storage for my project in the closet where i was thinking to have the bathroom but then having to go to the netherlands and spending my time there too working on my website and helping jason to move and build ikea furniture in his new place getting a back pain but nonetheless going back to sweden and working hard on my studio show-case and also going to the gym and the office much regularly finding always something physical to do there as well like printing and stapling papers"

"a pretty intensive month both getting ready for christmas and using up a lot of my money to buy presents and also working hard on my studio finishing the murals and going quite further with other installation but other than that being quite much at the university where i have resumed teaching and thus spending idle hours listening to students presentations and only using markers but then having both august and myrthe over and letting go to all the work in the studio to travel to my parents in italy being at first confined in their mountain cottage during christmas working on my booklet with a video-game i have in made and then much filming and documenting exploring the surrounding historical cities also with jacek and brett"

"a month spent doing mostly documenting activities in the first place being traveling around northern italy with myrthe and jacek and then coming back to stockholm and again not doing many activities with myrthe coming over for a few days and then not really undertaking any carpentry work but being often at the university trying to create new collaborations but also doing more distracting work not to think about my supervisor situation such as painting and drawing and even cooking less than usual when myrthe has been around"

"a month spent getting quite much into my own research and thus doing quite a lot of office related activities like printing at the university and having to use my card in order to access the printer and then photograph again the computer mouse going back to my office but also a month spent a lot with august walking around and filming and in a few occasions at the swimming pool after many years but this time not bringing my camera along and only swimming with long periods without using any object as it is also the case for the few times i traveled to the netherlands at the beginning and at the end of the month"

"a quite active month not traveling so often and seriously now archiving all the physical outcomes of my project in boxes but also spending some lovely days out enjoying the sunny weather and biking quite a lot even with august and for a whole night surviving as nomads and other than that spend time in utrecht with myrthe and there concentrating myself more on writing down papers for each part of my project and finding little energy going back to sweden but at last doing some major changes in my studio resuming the interactive wall project"

"a month spent working really hard on my project now that my new supervisor stina is in favor of it and thus pushing quite much to construct my show-room making several times too many activities over the maximum amount i use for my layout and also while visiting my parents photographing way too many activities because of the many keys and doors to lock in their rich house house but also biking a lot and doing a lot of activities outdoor especially during the easter vacation with august with whom i also kept up working on my show-room and doing a lot of purchases for it but then going down in activities with myrthe coming over and also concentrating on the construction of my virtual environment which wanted me mostly seated and in front of my computer but nonetheless also doing quite many activities at the university having to use my card to activate the printer and certainly increasing my activities also with the smart phone i got from my mother with which i now communicate to myrthe"

"a pretty active month with a lot of work put from the beginning on my virtual world thus working a lot with computers also in preparation for a conference in amsterdam with a lot of traveling by airplane and train as well as by car going to a wedding with myrthe and not really doing much activities but a lot of photographing of new acquaintances to later come back in sweden and work really hard also setting up a door in the little guest room to maybe host an exchange student after the summer and also building a shelf over the door but falling and hurting myself and taking it easy from then doing very little activities during myrthe's visit at the end of the month but a lot of filming and photographing objects with a new camera after the old one had a malfunctioning button making at bit frustrating to photograph"

"a quite diverse week again characterized by a lot of smartphone usage to keep in touch with myrthe but also characterized by two camping excursions going first with august to the boy scouts and using different tools there i did not use for a long time like a shovel to dig a hole for the compost and also camping with myrthe and their friends to a music festival and not really bringing my computer there nor being allowed to use my camera so using little objects but then spending the last period in utrecht being quite busy producing t-shirts with my drawings and taking other small initiatives for my project but also keep up with my biking after having got a used bike with a set of small tools to repair it and also making sure to get some cooking going and use all of myrthe's kitchen several times to prepare good meals even for guests"

"a month started in the netherland still working quite hard on my project following up to myrthe's working rhythm and thus working much on my computer but also taking breaks and going camping with a canoe but particularly doing activities related to biking and then going to my parents' summer place in italy and there doing consistently many activities relating to the beach such as putting sun cream or playing beach ball or simply ball with august and myrthe or putting my new sunglasses on and drinking from plastic bottles but also doing quite some cooking in the unusual bad weather and taking small breaks by car to explore a bit of historical places and being quite active documenting them despite having to pay some attention to august and myrthe and at last being robbed of both my smartphone and laptop thus depriving me of the possibility to update my project in the last days of vacation"

"a month spent entirely back in sweden mostly doing activities related to my thesis preparation like reading and writing which brought little actual physical activities also made less by the replacement of the camera made to make the films of public spaces and the phone to annotate my ideas and the shapes of the clouds and also the dictaphone to record my thoughts all replaced with a smart phone which reduces the amount of objects i then photograph while being outside despite now also wearing my sunglasses which in fact adds an outdoor activity but other than that only doing a little bit of physical work to clean up the room for my new italian room mate riccardo and also limiting now my activities in the apartment because of his presence but otherwise being very constant to go to the gym"

"a month with a lot of traveling to italy to begin with photographing a lot of keys and remote controls to enter my parents' fortress and later coming back to sweden and writing and thus really using many objects also as well as when traveling to the netherlands and later going back to italy to check a land to buy at the iseo lake and still using quite a lot my smart phone till at last coming back to sweden and waking up very early every morning and in the complete darkness doing mostly computer work but also at last purchasing a van to fulfill my italian land plan"

"a month spent initially in gothenburg exploring the city alone and with myrthe but not doing many indoor activities as we were hosted by her friend and then moving back to stockholm doing a lot of car related activities there such as removing the rust on the door of my new van and cleaning inside as well as doing a lot of office related activities also arranging to buy a land in the alps and finally driving all the way with myrthe to the netherlands and mostly driving unable to do many activities but then coming back to stockholm and working hard to finish the show room in my bedroom doing mostly electronic connections on various installed devices"

"a month started going early to italy and having a lot of activities there taking many pictures per day mostly due to all the small tasks i had to do for my mother and all the keys and remote controls i had to use to access the many different spaces and later going back to sweden and doing a lot of activities dismantling all my showroom to rent my room to a sicilian guy with his girlfriend and finally going to myrthe's new place in the netherlands and also there doing quite many activities to help her getting settled particularly putting up many lights"

"a month started in italy working really hard in my mountain cottage now deciding to build my show-room there despite myrthe still wanting me to do things in the netherlands and now building also a wall with a shelf to host my archival boxes while also preparing the living room to host all my devices and later going shortly back to sweden and doing quite some cleaning in liselott's apartment and then working only a little in the netherlands on my archival model running around to organize a small exhibit there and finally going back to sweden using not so many objects particularly while traveling until at last coming back to italy and resuming all my work with a lot of traveling by car to get equipment and the extra phone i use to check my emails"

"a month started in italy working in my show-room in the mountains and then really much characterized by a lot of exhibitions mounting first in the netherlands and then in germany where i did not really use so many tools keeping long hours in a frankfurt museum setting up my photo panels but also doing in this respect little cooking and too much socializing with other people only starting to use more objects upon coming back to august in sweden having to clean after him and his rabbits"

"a month doing a lot of renovation work to the apartment i am now leaving in stockholm and preparing to move out of sweden but also then going to san francisco and doing a lot of explorations and very little activities beside the few day setting up the exhibit with jacek and lastly coming back to sweden to be with august and doing more domestic activities there cooking for him and playing"

"a month started in the mountains really enjoying my time there with much things to do but soon driving back to holland and there starting to produce the ark tags with the laser machines requiring me to make it up to the attic every hour and increasing in this way the amount of pictures taken having to plan my activities to suit this printing activity such as knowing when to mix concrete to make the long path in the garden so that i can also have time to get the laser machine going with new tags and having to also take care of my family all alone with my children sick but also my girlfriend completely unable to do anything running around and doing all the cooking and cleaning until only towards the end of the month the situation got better"

"a winter month started in the netherlands not so much focusing on printing the ark tags anymore and finishing off the garage in the bachyard before departing with the children for a long journey through europe taking not so many photos stopping both in france and germany and then in the mountains also feeling a bit frustrated of being quite unable to look after my project having to constantly pay attention to the children getting soon however in a good rythm and having more time for myself in the mornings and evenings mostly cooking but also doing a bit of fixing of the children bedroom even setting up a loft bed for them and mostly spending the days walking with the children in combination with fixing up the signs of the ark and only later with the arrival of myrthe also having some days free to begin to work on the idea of setting up the foundation of the project cathedral in one of our fields making use of the warm winter days to dig the northern side and take measurements and also cut small trees at the edges of the field"

"wrapping up my work in the mountains finishing to glue the tags on the middle floor despite later being left alone with the children and with the children also taking many small walks later traveling back to the netherlands stopping in beautiful austria and in the dull german landscape taking not so many pictures when traveling and also later when reaching the netherlands hosting my old friend davide and spending most of our time outdoor not really using that many objects either but still keeping up my routine of bread making especially with also silvester now starting school preparing their little lunch boxes in the morning and food for them in the afternoon other than that mostly focusing on getting more focused in the digital production of my project as well as in my reading of both memoirs at night and libertarian theory texts during the day"

"getting adjusted to life back in the netherlands with its routines such as bringing the children to school and baking bread daily for them and generally try to be cheap only at the beginning going camping and for the rest of the month taking more bike rides enjoying a hot weather at the lake taking little photos of objects when spending the day outdoors but also indoors focusing mostly on writing and editing my project also not really doing any carpentry with little silvester still only going half day to school"

"a month working extremely hard editing and my project and writing essays to be included in it still taking full care of my children bringing them to school and picking them up and cooking for the whole family also taking a one week little holiday in the south of the country babysitting the dog of myrthe's big brother having to get used to cook in a modern kitchen even bringing my baking equipment there to keep up making bread every day and back in our outdated little house also resuming a bit some carpentry tasks but generally spending most of the time the children spend in school working on my project and during their free time trying to being them outdoors for excursions despite the weather being quite rainy"

"a very rainy month spent a lot indoor trying however to make it out in the nature at least once a day taking care of my children bringing them to school and picking them up and every evening making bread for them now using the more laborious sourdough technique using more objects to do so having to also feed it and also this month starting to build the interior of our garage turning it into a workshop building large and robust closets along an entire wall finding a good balance with my otherwise very intellectual work of just writing and editing for my project also in the end with all the rain getting the camera i use to take films with and do street photography completely out of order staying without it in the last part of the month and reducing thus the amount of objects photographed while going out"

"a month working very hard on my project and the two books i am developing out of it spending quite some time in the attic writing but also taking full care of the children with myrthe resuming her role as course leader after her burnout and getting in the habit of baking ever day but also try to go for walks despite the rainy weather and doing a bit of carpentry in the garage building the closet for my tools and finally getting a used camera to resume my street photography and videos using it especially after making it to our mountain village for the christmas holiday and there stopping all my writing activity and mostly focused on taking walks with the children before getting all very sick and unable to eat anything having to lay in bed all day to at last resume some strength and beginning to even to some work out in the valley below my ark"

"starting the new year in the mountains with our nice little life there rying to do a bit of work cutting wood and clearing around the ark but mostly focusing on the family and on my friend davide coming to visit us later making back to holland and with the very cold weather thinking my camera stopped working trying some of my spare cameras but finding the last batch i bought in the states all faulty with some issue in the sensor making the central part of the photos too bright at last finding a way to keep on using my old camera and later beginning quite a renovation project moving our bedroom in the attic and leaving the two rooms in the middle floor to the children working daily on them using many tools but mostly building the frames for a new wall closet in livia's room"

"beside working on the children's new bedroom and working on my project beginning to work at a bakery and getting trained in distributing the bread in racks and keeping a list of them prior distributing them but also doing the cleaning afterwards and taking only a few photos of objects later on with august coming to spend some time with us and with the children home from school taking them with their big brother for daily excursions in different parts of the netherlands always carrying the bread i had myself baked"

"taking little pictures at first with my old brazilian friend mario coming to visit us with his family later doing quite some work so as to get started with the welding of the inner part of the ark moving things out of the garage and using old wood to build a little veranda for the grapevine and a shed for wood and gardening tools but often feeling quite exhausted working now two full mornings at the bakery having to catch up with my project in the afternoons and beside that often being locked at home with bad weather outside and silvester not willing to go to school nonetheless maintaining my discipline with my project"

"not taking too many pictures when working at the bakery also feeling quite exhausted to pick up any job during these working days but in the other days feeling quite energetic and trying at last to put up a fume aspirator for welding in the garage but in the end failing to do so because of an issue with the engine feeling quite frustrated about having to search for a new one to fit inside and otherwise taking care of the children at times feeling a little locked due to the many days of rain almost daily doing quite some writings and in the more sunny days going with myrthe and the children for a walk often driving longer distances in the end also making it to italy ad resuming there my work installing tags inside the ark"

"a month started during our spring holiday in the alps still gluing the tags inside my ark and then oiling but in general using not so many other object spending too many hours in a row inside it and letting myrthe taking care of the household late also traveling back to holland and having to readjust to my life there getting back to work at the bakery not using that many objects there but the van keys and the trays of pastries slowly however getting back to doing more carpentry work cleaning up the garage and building in the end a roof over our garden entrance and beside that often being engaged in cooking for both the children and some occasional guest like our greek friends and myrthe's mother"

"almost having a quasi rhythmical layout of my activities determined pretty much but my weekly work at the bakery with little objects being used during these days but otherwise with some sunny weather managing to accomplish quite a few things such as repainting the windows outside of livia's room and the bathroom but also getting quite far in welding the joints of the time capsule i will be mounting inside the ark and also baking almost every day and at times preparing food for guests and taking full care of the household with all the cleaning and laundries while also being diligent with both updating my project and writing almost daily a section of the practice and theory books i am preparing as part of it"

"spending a few last weeks in the netherlands still working at the bakery but also preparing for our summer in italy finally going there at times getting very much to work cutting grass and mostly welding the staircases inside the ark and the time capsule but also often going for walks with myrthe and the kids and not really using that many objects a few times also getting up early in the morning to combine both working at the ark and going for walks with the children taking photos of the objects used still with the sun yet to rise resulting in total dark photos which i anyway get when photographing inside the garage"

"a month spent to begin with in the mountains giving up all the hard working on the ark with also the coming of my oldest son august from sweden and focusing on taking walks with the family resulting in days with not so many objects used only at times making up the ark to oil it in the end finding a quicker way to do it diluting the oil and just using a spray finally slowly traveling back to the netherlands using very little objects while keeping at my uncle in switzerland and later with my friend florian in germany and in the netherlands feeling rather spaced out but slowly getting back to my taking care of my project getting back to my daily discipline but still enjoying the summer weather taking walks and often going to the lake to swim beside also resuming my work in the bakery with almost no objects used there but the pen to mark the amount of bread loaves"

"landing back to our life in the netherlands enjoying t first still a sunny weather making an effort to bring the children to swim almost every afternoon and using little objects during these days but with the weather getting colder and grayer spending more time indoor not really picking up any carpentry work but doing the usual cooking and cleaning and also wasting at first time to try to promote the ark on the internet getting soon fed up with it and just building a whole new interface for my website making at bit of my drive in life to feel it up with content despite the regular interruptions of the quite physical work i do in the bakery also resulting in days with not so many objects used and photographed"

"a rather quiet month focusing on sleeping properly and trying to keep outdoors walking not really picking up any carpentry work beside in the end helping a carpenter friend putting up a ceiling in an attic he was renovating and mostly keeping up the usual routine taking care of the children and bringing them to school and cooking for the family and cleaning up the house every week also being quite disciplined with my project updating it and drawing and writing as part of it even when going to work in the bakery also putting quite an effort to do a lecture on hunter-gatherers taking little pictures of my right hand during the day of the lecture and later also while attending another lecture"

"spending my time very actively either walking outside and bringing the children in the forest during the weekend but also with the weather getting darker and very rainy spending also a considerable amount of time redesigning the memory theater on which my whole project is based regularly also making it to the bakery to work with more and more photos taken there having to do multiple things and at times even going out with the children in the evening for the halloween and saint martin celebrations resulting in small sequences of dark photos of the phone i used to photograph them or the camera to make a film of them being otherwise quite constant in taking care of my family cooking and cleaning but also taking care of my project making my drawings and writings and illustrations avoiding to spend time on my phone other than to generate my project"

"with the dutch weather getting quite bad and cold often spending the days at home trying to keep the fire alive and cooking for the family as well as working on my project resulting in many objects used throughout the day with only one time doing some carpentry work mounting a double-glass on our entrance but beside just going regularly to work for my baker friend having to wait to travel to italy for the summer holiday to really get my hands dirty especially after buying the rest of our barn trying to fix up the floors of the new one reusing the panels of my tractor shed after demolishing but also having to fix the water pipe in the back of the barn putting up a temporary stone to sustain and in general just moving all my tools on the ground floors of the new barn and all the building material on the middle floor with the last days of the month just taking it easy visiting relatives and friends in my native highland"

"a month started in the beautiful alps rounding up the moving of all my equipment to old rino's barn and setting up a temporary window using an old door and then making it back to the netherlands working fro the last time at the bakery there gaining much more time for my family and for my project suddenly making big steps in the creation of my memory theater and in the envisioning of a landart installation to host it but generally having to soon take quite good care of my family getting sick with also at times the weather being just too cold outside making some of the photos moistened and generally quite dark"

"living a very regular life in the netherlands taking care of my project and of the family cleaning up the house to receive guests especially during livia's birthday party then hearing of the death of my best friend's father and immediately departing with the children making by van across europe to attend the funeral taking many photos at my mother's place with all the many keys to enter all the many doors and later doing some work up in the mountains clearing a field prior to taking the train to rome and spend some lovely days exploring the capital with my children using very little objects especially during the long train rides across the italian peninsula"

"using not so many objects while traveling with the children but then back in the mountains managing quite some work both fixing up our barn as well as clearing the field in front of it before making it back to the netherlands also getting to do a bit of carpentry work in the attic to get my laser machine back in place and experiment with the printing of a backup to place in my ark also doing quite some cleaning work in the house and many laundries and cooking food for the children but nonetheless also spending quite some time outdoor hiking taking in the end a little trip to germany with the family mostly using my phone and camera to document our explorations"
